Stainless-steel fluidizing hoppers sized to meet specific production

The new, round, stainless-steel NHR series of hoppers from Nordson are sized to accommodate a variety of powder coating operations. They include the standard 50-lb (23 kg) and 80-lb (36 kg) sizes, as well as a brand new 25-lb (11 kg) size. The 25-lb size is ideal for today’s fast color-change production. Plus, its lower height allows for convenient storage. The NHR hoppers are used on Nordson manual powder spray systems, mounted along with the gun and control unit on a two-wheeled dolly or mobile cart. They are also widely used as stand-alone, dedicated-color hoppers for multiple color operations requiring fast color change.

A large rubber plug on the hopper lid provides easy access throughout operation for inspecting powder level, proper fluidization and loading additional powder. An optional three-caster dolly fits all of the NHR hoppers, and provides easy maneuvering, particularly in fast color change operations and with the larger-capacity hoppers.
