15 series splice tape is used for jointing carrier tapes in the SMT process. It is made of tapes and polyester film and release paper, and the tape is with superior adhesion.

Step 1

Tear off plastic part of the splice tape with hole.

Step 2

Put pre-cut reel into the orientation clamp.

Step 3

Put another pre-cut reel into the orientation clamp.

Step 4

Put the splice tape with hole into the pre-cut reel.

Step 5

Fold down the splice on the connecting reel.

Step 6

Press the splice tape with hole in the connecting reel tightly.

Step 7

Take off the plastic part of the splice tape with hole and then discard.
