Step 1
Put splice clip into splice tool.
Step 2
Put one pre-cut reel into splice tool.
Step 3
Put another pre-cut reel into splice tool.
Step 4
Clench the splice tool.
Step 5
Peel off the paper liner.
Step 6
Black strop in line with the edge of the reel to stick splice tape.
Step 7
Peel off the paper liner.
