Step 1
Tear off the release paper from splice tape.
Step 2
Put splicce tape onto the pins on fixture via its holes.
Step 3
Put pre-cut carrier tape onto the pins on fixture.
Step 4
Fold splice tape, and stick it on carrier tapes.
Step 5
Take off the jointed carrier tape from the fixture.
Step 6
Peel release film from splice tape.
