Step 1

Put SMT clip & splice into SMT splice tool.

Put pre-cut reel into the splice tool by the center of clip & splice.

Put another pre-cut reel into splice tool.

Clench the splice tool.

Take off the paper part of clip & splice.

Step 6

Fold down the splice on the connecting reel.

Take off the plastic part of cllip & splice and then discard.
