Overview

The PURJet system's patented technology allows for consistent and accurate dispensing of adhesive, even into small grooves and other complicated geometries. A variety of technologies combine to meet the stringent requirements for precise material dispensing in exacting processes of handheld/portable electronics manufacturing.

Unity HiTemp™ disposable syringe barrels are also available for use with Unity PURJet systems dispensing hot melt adhesives at temperatures up to 180° C (356° F). Unity barrels provide more reliable, repeatable dispensing in addition to reduced downtime and cost of ownership.
